Holloway Pennymoon

Margaret is by the Connemara stallion Hearnesbrook New Moon, out of a Caspian mare.

She is very bold, confident and naturally inquisitive. She is well handled, good with farrier, loads and travel well. She has had her teeth checked and rasped with no issues found. Fully vaccinated against flu and tetanus.

Margaret has done quite a bit of lunging and long-reining and has been ridden a handful of times. She has walked and trotted under saddle loose in the school, behaving very well and showing great aptitude for ridden work, but is of course still very green.

Her sire Hearnesbrook New Moon has shown huge versatility, competing successfully up to BE100 in eventing, showjumping at pony foxhunter level (1.10m) and most notably enjoying a hugely successful career in working hunter pony classes, where she had numerous wins and placings at prestigious shows such as the Royal Windsor, Royal International and HOYS.

Minty's Caspian dam Holloway Pareevash is a homebred mare. She was backed and proved incredibly straightforward before a traumatic injury to her hock meant that she was better suited to life as a broodmare. She has an excellent temperament and showed great scope and ability over a fence when loose jumped.
